Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-29
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Hop Home is a platform game developed by Giuseppe Aguzzoni, an individual developer based in Italy (giuseppe.aguzzoni01@gmail.com). These terms govern your use of the Android app published on Google Play and of the web version at hophome.pocket-games.app. By using Hop Home you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using the app.
2. Using the app
Hop Home is free to download and play. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to: modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app except to the extent that law expressly allows it; use automated tools or modified clients to alter progress, coins, hearts, records or purchases; interfere with the app's servers or with other users' data.
The app uses Google Sign-In, which is not available to users under 13, and is intended for users aged 13 and above.
3. Your account
You can play with no account at all. If you sign in with Google, an account is created to keep a cloud save of your game, which you can pick up on another device, including between the Android app and the web version. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to sign in. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by writing to us. See the account deletion page.
4. Advertising
The Android app is funded by advertising served by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos that you may watch to obtain coins or hearts. Rewarded videos are never required in order to keep playing or to reach the end of the journey. The web version shows no advertising.
5. Purchases
The Android app offers in-app purchases: coin packs, heart packs and a one-time "Remove ads" item. Purchases are not available in the web version. Cosmetics and their boosts are bought with in-game coins, not with real money.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or handle your payment details.
- Prices and availability may change; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its own policy. Consumers in the European Union also keep the statutory rights granted by their national law. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will help.
- Coins and hearts, whether bought, earned by playing or obtained through rewarded videos, are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other people or refunded once used.
6. Game content and progress
Progress, records, trophies, coins and hearts are provided for entertainment only. We may reset progress that is clearly the result of tampering. We do our best to preserve saved data but we cannot guarantee that it will never be lost, for example after a device change, an uninstall, or a browser storage cleanup when playing on the web without an account.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove worlds, items and features, adjust prices in coins and the game's balance, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. Where a change is significant we will announce it in the app or on this page.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its code, graphics, music and original assets belong to the developer or are used under licence. Names of third-party products or trademarks, where mentioned, belong to their respective owners.
9. Liability
Hop Home is provided "as is", without any warranty that it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the mandatory rights of consumers under applicable law.
10. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of your place of residence.

Termini di utilizzo
Ultimo aggiornamento: 2026-10-29
1. Chi siamo e cosa coprono questi termini
3. Il tuo account
Puoi giocare senza alcun account.
